  No. A credit card is not required for a free account. Credit card information is only requested when you are ready to begin a paid subscription.

• Are my payments secure?

  Yes. We execute our payment system with PayPal - a secure payment provider. All sensitive communication is encrypted.

• Can account be shared among multiple users?

  No. The account is per single user. Please contact us for multi-user enterpise solution.

• Can I upgrade/downgrade my current plan?

  You can upgrade or downgrade your current plan at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately with remaining balance of your current plan's pay period transfered towards a new plan.

• What are the Embedded Ads in the Free plan?

  Maps created using a Free plan will have text ads displayed in a small area at the bottom right corner of the map.

• How can I cancel my account?

  Send us an email to terminate your subscription.
